Reducerea aportului de gr\u0103simi saturate \u0219i gr\u0103simi trans<\/strong>.<br>Gr\u0103simi saturate: gr\u0103simi solide de origine animal\u0103 (reducerea consumului de carne ro\u0219ie, lactate grase), nuc\u0103 de cocos, palmier.<br>Gr\u0103simi trans: produse de patiserie, snack-uri, alimente pr\u0103jite (pe etichete apar ca &#8222;uleiuri par\u021bial hidrogenate&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Legumele, leguminoasele (fasole, maz\u0103re, linte), fructele \u0219i cerealele integrale ar trebui s\u0103 fie baza dietei<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Nucile sau semin\u021bele, consumate \u00een cantit\u0103\u021bi reduse (30 g\/zi) sunt o surs\u0103 bun\u0103 de vitamina E<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Vitamina B12 trebuie s\u0103 fac\u0103 parte din diet\u0103<\/strong>&nbsp;(carne de pui, ou\u0103, fructe de mare, somon, ton, cereale suplimentate cu vitamine).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Dac\u0103 se administreaz\u0103 vitamine, este de preferat utilizarea celor f\u0103r\u0103 fier si cupru<\/strong>&nbsp;(cu excep\u021bia cazurilor \u00een care medicul recomand\u0103 asta).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.
